We'll be happy to have you at St. John’s UMC of Oak Park. We invite you to join with us in our journey of faith by being part of our worship, fellowship, studies, choir and other avenues of ministries.
We are a Filipino-American congregation located in Oak Park, Illinois, an inner suburb of Chicago. Our local members come from the entire greater Chicago land area, including downtown and the outer-suburbs in addition to those who live around Oak Park.
We believe in an open table. All those who believe in Jesus may join us for communion and fellowship. It is Christ who invites us to remember Him in acts of praise and thanksgiving and fellowship.

By "L"
We are accessible by "L" train -Green Line. From downtown, take Green Line to Harlem (end of the line); exit via Harlem, turn left upon exiting (North) and walk one block past Lake Street, turn right on Ontario to Church.
By Car
- From the West -Take 290 to Chicago and exit Harlem, turn left (North) pass Green Line and Lake Street, turn Right on Ontario to Church.
- From the East - Take 290, exit Harlem, turn Right ( North).
- From 1-55 ( Exit Harlem) turn North
